All of our community areas surrounding El Mirador have been prepped for completion. All that's missing are the gardens! We'll be completing our landscaping soon, filling in large garden areas with lush green grass and local flora. With delivery of our first building coming in a couple of weeks, our exterior community areas appear to be right on time. Our pool-side palapa is all but finished. A few finishing touches, as well as the completion of the Barbeque Kitchen, and we’ll be ready for a pool party! New landscaping! The garden area of the first phase of El Mirador is coming together. Directly in front of the first tower, Building A, grass, plants, and two ‘desert garden’ areas have been laid down. With the exterioirs of the project coming together, our delivery date of October 31st appears to be right on schedule. Also included in the garden area in front of Building A is the beginnings of our jogging track, which runs from one end of the development to the other. Come by and see our latest progress!

Heliocol® has arrived! The 150 liter water heater tanks are being installed in every unit of Building A by Heliocol®. Of course in effort to save energy and the cost of energy, Heliocol® has installed solar panels on the roof to heat those large tanks. Solar energy will also be responsible for heating the 1,080 square foot pool and 12 person hot tub. These condos are coming along nicely!
